Who fans: "Who Are You" album conspiracy?

Ok guys I haven't had my pills for two days so sorry if this seems a
little strange.
For the past hour i've been inspecting the cover of "Who Are You" and
I think there's a little more to it than what meets the eye.
First of all i'm going to point out the obvious, Keith Moon is sitting
on a chair that says "NOT TO BE TAKEN AWAY", He died later that year.
Why was he sitting on the chair that way round? Why did it HAVE to be
that way (Maybe just chance, I don't know), Next of all what is this
METAL chair even doing around so many electrical items? Next of all, I
noticed words in yellow tape on the side of that thing saying "ELECT",
It may seem at first it's short for ELECTrical but maybe it has
something to do with government or something even stranger? Please
give this album a good check over and tell me if you spot anything
strange, Thank you.
Please note, I'm not crazy, Just missed 3 nights of sleep is all.
