I was emailed through an offers newsletter about a free 30-day trial
with LoveFilm with the offer of a £15 Amazon voucher. Great!
But I now want to cancel my account as I've read many a bad review
about them with the whole cancelling lark, and I have until the 17th
to do so, which is 11 days. I have one film at home which I will post
tomorrow, and another to post back once I've received it. I was just
wondering how much hassle I will have trying to cancel, and whether I
should post the last disc back recorded/first class and retain proof
of postage? I don't want to be charged £25 for a 'lost disk' and I
don't want any hassle with debt collectors as I signed up for a 'free
trial' and I read the terms and conditions, and there was nothing in
there about them charging you once you have cancelled your trial for
the full amount, which for me will be £13.27, which I frankly cannot
afford.
Any advice would be absolutely fantastic. I'll add more info if
necessary, and as I think of anything else.

@Sarah: Apparently the number either isn't answered or is answered in
an Indian call centre by someone who isn't understandable and who will
pester you for half an hour to get you to stay with them, so I was
hoping that their 'online form' would appear after 11pm as some
websites had said, but no avail at the moment. Thanks for the help,
anyhow.
